Terms & Conditions

By paying a deposit and securing a place on a reTREAT Club retreat, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking & Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of £200 is required to secure your place on the retreat. Your place is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Deposits are accepted by card payment via Stripe. Details will be provided on booking.
2. Payment Plans & Final Balance
The remaining balance can be paid in full or spread over up to 4 monthly instalments. The final balance is due by 1 August 2026. Failure to pay the final balance by this date may result in your place being released without refund of the deposit.
Balances are payable by BACS bank transfer. Details will be provided on booking confirmation.
3. Transferring Your Place
You are welcome to transfer your place to another person at any point before the retreat begins. Please notify us in writing at weare@retreatclub.co with the details of the person taking your place. Any balance already paid will transfer to the new guest. Flights and travel arrangements are the responsibility of the individual guest and are not affected by a place transfer.
4. Cancellation by reTREAT Club
In the unlikely event that reTREAT Club has to cancel the retreat, all guests will receive a full refund including their deposit. reTREAT Club is not liable for any additional costs incurred by guests, including flights, travel or accommodation booked independently.
5. Changes to the Retreat
reTREAT Club reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the retreat programme, schedule, or excursions where necessary. Where a significant change is required, guests will be informed as soon as possible.
6. FCO Travel Advice & Safety
If the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) advises against all travel to Morocco prior to the retreat start date, all guests will receive a full refund including their deposit. reTREAT Club will monitor FCDO guidance in the lead-up to the retreat.
7. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is required for all guests. Your policy must cover overseas medical treatment, cancellation and any activities including yoga. reTREAT Club accepts no liability for costs arising from a lack of adequate travel insurance.
8. Visas & Entry Requirements
It is the responsibility of each guest to ensure they hold a valid passport and any required travel documents. UK passport holders do not currently require a visa to enter Morocco for stays of up to 90 days. For the most up to date requirements, check the FCDO travel advice at gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/morocco. Guests travelling on non-UK passports should check the entry requirements for their nationality.
9. Health & Participation
By booking, you confirm that you are in good health and that yoga is suitable for you. If you have any injuries, medical conditions or concerns, it is your responsibility to inform the retreat teacher in advance and to seek appropriate medical advice before travelling. reTREAT Club and its teachers are not liable for any injury or illness arising during the retreat.
10. Liability
reTREAT Club takes all reasonable care in selecting venues, suppliers and teachers. However, reTREAT Club is not liable for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, political unrest, venue closures or supplier failure.
11. Behaviour
reTREAT Club reserves the right to remove any guest from the retreat whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or harmful to other guests or staff. No refund will be given in such circumstances.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be notified in writing to weare@retreatclub.co. The date of cancellation is the date on which written notice is received.
The deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances.
Refunds on any balance paid beyond the deposit are as follows:
